For an additional fee, create custom confirmation messages that are sent to users AFTER they submit an entry. Set a general message that’s used for all entries – or if you’re running a Spin 2 Win or Scratch 2 Win campaign, you can set optional messages for each prize. You can even use your own custom HTML theme by clicking the “source” menu option on the editor.
Note, email confirmations only work if the user has submitted their email address.
For Spin 2 Win and Scratch 2 Win campaigns:
If you want to set and send individual emails to consumers based on the prize they won, they’ll appear in the drop down menu, which by default is labelled as “General Confirmation”.
